I'm another person stung by their auto renew - despite transferring the domain to another host over a year ago and forgetting about the service. Refuse to cancel my account while an invoice is outstanding despite me explicitly stating I don't want to the service. Just point to their T&C's. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Horrible company who is just out to scam you. Oh - and their hosting is rubbish as well, that's why I stopped using them over a year ago.
