As a developer, I have over 100 clients using Streamline. Some have multiple domains, and every one of them is complaining especially about speed and of course the non-existent 'Tech Support'.
Because I recommended Streamline, I feel pretty ashamed. There I was thinking that a UK based company would be better than local Spanish hosts. How wrong can one be ...
Almost 7 years of dealing with incompetent 'Tech' support who always advise that it must be something OUR end - never their fault of course.
Incorrectly set up servers, several lockouts because they claim one client site has too many visitors, and that contravenes acceptable use.
Slowly taking all my clients elsewhere.
I wish they would be honest on their 'Testimonials' and print the truth ... that they should be avoided like the plague.
