Asked for them to remove my card details from their 'automagic' payment, they took so long to reply to my request that they charged me. I am now having to justify a refund!
Additionally, I had reports from google that their 'shared' ssl offering could not be trusted and accessing the ssl-01 domain might install malware, I informed streamline, they told me that I should look into the problem myself.
Have now moved everything to rackspace cloud, even their smallest server is lightning fast compared to anything streamline offered. You do have to install a webserver etc yourself, there are guides on the net, I was up and running in 30 minutes!! long live Rackspace!!
