I fell for their trial "SCAM" can't think of a more fitted word, canceling it over the phone and via their way "support ticket". i was still charged. Not to mention being charged twice for a domain name, check your accounts! I feel violated how they think they can charge and take money out of my account as and how they seem fit. Stay well away from them and surprise surprise their billing department don't take incoming calls... what a joke! watch dog next for me, these people are real con artists.
