ive had a bulk user account with streamline for a few years. recently i started to use PHP and realised the hosting was very slow. my new site was taking 10 seconds to load occasions. the service i got from their techincal support was appalling. more recently my entire site was deleted, it took them 48 hours to respond and when they did they said they couldnt help, didnt ahve any backups or any logs of activity. trying to speak to their tech support people is impossible, its clearly staffed by morons reading from a script. add to that the fact they are expensive and use outdated technology. they are fully deserving of their one star review, there are much better alternatives out there. AVOID
