Ok, so after disagreeing with a setup cost of a company I know doing hosting well, I decided to take out a streamline web hosting deal.
I did not use the service for the first month for various work reasons, and finally get round to setting it up.
first of all the web pages load extremely slow - even just a wordpress page takes forever to load. secondly, I tried to cancel my account, and despite venting my frustration with them, their shockingly bad customer service agents are unwilling to cancel my account, and have locked me into a 12 month contract for a service I will not use (due to taking out hosting with a good host).
Highly recommending not using these bunch of amateurs.

i had a very similar experience as I should imagine many of us had . appalling on very single level . They should be out of business and never be allowed to trade again .

this is a very similar account to mine . They are appalling on all levels of their so called service .
They don't even let you cancel your account which is probably their only acknowledgement of their own incompetence .
They should be out of business and I'm sure this would be the case if they allowed clients to leave .
