Being new to hosting - I picked Squirrel Hosting based on the reviews I read regarding customer service and available resource. I haven't been disappointed - I signed up and immediately bought a hosting package and then promptly assigned it to the wrong domain.

I logged a 'ticket' to customer support and within 10 minutes of asking for help, the problem had been resolved.
I then realised I was completely incompetent at building any sort of site so asked if they could point me to a guide.
Again, really quick response to the question, personalised to me. Links to a How to blog plus two suggestions taking me to Wordpress. All the apps and pluggins and other digital gubbins are served in a really clear to navigate dashboard.

For my fifty quid, this is unrivalled personal service and I would not hesitate to recommend.
