Bought a 2 x nut hosting with basic Designer package, for my companies vision for our website the current designer option wasnt suitable however was happy with hosting, within the same workign day I had a full refund and no hassle whatsover in leaving, it really is right place wrong time for me right now, but I will be back in the future.

I just wanted to commend the excellent customer service and straight forward attitude. I just hope my new provider is as good.

Will be back in the future!
