“Lack of timely support”

This is not a company you want to use. If your service is down and you submit a high priority ticket the might respond in 24hrs asking for more info, which requires another 24hrs wait. They will even suggest that its anyones else problem. Haven't had emails for over a week and they try to blame the sender !! They should be reported to the office of fair trade or whoever. “Gone from a top hosting company to the worst”

When I first joined Smart Hosting the support was amazing, and I knew if I ever had any problems it'd be fixed as soon as possible. However, one of the problems I'm having with Cloudflare is still ongoing after two months, even thought I've had the company director try to work on them. “Disgraceful!”

Since Krystal Hosting Ltd took over this company, their support responses have got extremely aggressive & extremely rude & blunt... that's if you get a response at all, usually takes 2-3 days to respond & when you reply, you have to wait 2-3 days again for them to reply. What's worse is that Krystal Hosting's first act of owning the company was terminating accounts just because people didn't own a couple files. “Really, really gone downhill”

When I first switched over to Smart Hosting I received timely and helpful support. Over the past month the service has fallen very sharply. As there is no live chat or telephone support you have to rely solely on support tickets. This was fine when you would get a response within an hour, however now you have to wait 2-3 days for any response. Sadly the last two weeks have been one issue after another. Having to try and explain to customers as to what is happening when we are being left in the dark has just exacerbated issues. The last year support services have been getting worse. To the point we are at now. Either it is a lame response to a question, a non answer or deflection. I really would not recommend Smart. I only had an account with Smart hosting for a few weeks but in that time I received the worst technical support ever. I'm an experienced web designer and know what I'm doing, but I could not get the simplest of sites up and running without contacting support. Contacting support was a big mistake. None of this has been acknowledged by SmartHosting and there has been no responses to any questions via the Support Ticket system or via Twitter. Smart Hosting Really SUCKS. Their customer support is incredibly disappointing and practically it doesn't exist. They don't have Phone or Live Support. You are bound to submit a ticket at support page. After that, you have to wait for many hours, sometimes 24 hours to get a reply, if you are a lucky person. They are a part of KRYSTAL web hosting contact them via there. He is also a founder owner of Smart Hosting but he can be rude and abusive as he was to me in an email then blocked me the chicken. Glad i have left Smart Hosting worst ever.

I am in market over 10 years and worked with many hosting companies and I never in my life seen this much downtime and reluctant support. They sold me Master Reseller with unlimited features. Then they couldn't make it right gave me 6 months free which still didn't work out. And I don't know why then I purchased one more Master Reseller Hosting this was most stupid decision I made.
