Phenomenal Hosting

Although I need hosting for my small business and personal sites, having moved from other well known hosting services, these guys are ridiculously cheap for at least their basic/shared hosting services (currently less than £40 a year).

My domain transfer went smoothly, their support has exemplary with incredibly fast response times, and fix times - I'm always surprised at how quickly they get back to me with an actual update let alone the standard "we've received your message and will get back to you" automated replies. Courteous and professional as you'd expect, but also patient and friendly throughout, with clear and easy to understand language the non-technical amongst us can understand.

Web response times are par for the course for shared hosting services, and at the price I cannot complain at all. I've had no downtime at all (touch wood!)

Member / Account Management pages are well designed, easy to understand and manage, cpanel and softalicious installs are rapid too.

Best of all, they're based and run in the UK :)
