When my wife told me her Company had switched to Smart and told me how little she was paying compared to her current provider I was bemused; surely, as the old adage goes, you pay for what you get.
ABSOLUTELY NOT
The Smart guys are awesome. She has encountered some PCI-DSS issues with her bank and the Smart team have literally worked night and day (seriously) to solve the issues - at no cost!
Now that is service. In the back of her experience I have taken my Company across to them and have experienced the same level of attentiveness. Major multi-national companies could learn a thing or two from Smart.
SECOND TO NONE...
is an over-used phrase but in this case it is very true.
