This company seems legitimate, but be very wary of hidden service charges. Especially when trying to cancel their services.

Hello yeAllison96, all our service charges are clearly stated on the sign up page and also in our TOS. It is indeed possible that a cancellation fee was requested when cancelling a service, but this fee usually covers our costs for domain names and/or other third-party services that we prepay on your behalf. We do not receive refund for them if cancelled, so it is not possible for us to refund the entire amount paid. Unfortunately we cannot check your exact case, since we do not have enough information to identify your account.
