I can't believe I'm writing a good review for a webhost. As I've had so many bad experienced before I was looking for one that would suck the least. Well, Siteground has definitely restored my faith.
There customer support is the best I've ever received from any company, webhost or not, and they go above and beyond to help with issues that normally wouldn't be covered. There is no wait time whereas other companies make you wait for at least 10 minutes each time. I love that you can rate your customer service rep and even go to their bio to read a bit about them. It really seems that they are all proud to work there and I actually like going to ask for their advice because they're so friendly which in turn, makes me happier. Every company should work on their model. Yes, they aren't as cheap as other company's that sell domains for a penny but they shouldn't be. You can see where the money goes. I've had a lot of problems with my website (through my lack of knowledge, nothing to do with them) and I must have online chatted with at least 15 of their staff members. Each one was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
Don't hesitate to choose them, you won't be disappointed and like me, will probably never use another webhost again.
