I have been with QuickHostUK for my hosting for some time, I have found their service reliable and efficient. The control panel they offer works well and is properly integrated with their billing system unlike that of my previous web host. My domain came up for renewal and I chose to bring that over to QuickHostUK and they have been really helpful, unfortunately the process has been made difficult every step of the way by my previous host. Very good customer support answered any queries within seconds of me placing any queries. Helped me understand what i was doing and offered other products that would help me improve my website. Would deffinatley recommend. Was always happy for me to pester with questions as i am not computer mad i dont know an awful lot. After using the pro package for quite some time I have always been impressed with the speed of the service. On the rare occasions I have ever needed to contact support I have always had a fast turn around time and it's quickly resolved. Can't fault the service or the support.
