When I started out as a freelance web designer there were so many "big" companies promising the earth, but charging a fortune I simpy couldn't afford. Additionally, I didn't really understand how all the server side stuff worked. I'd done enough research to know many website owners were unhappy with the level support they recieved (if any!) once they had bought their domains & paid for their hosting. Emails were mainly answered by mech or tech with no real substance or answers for any actual issue. I found QA purely by chance when my own provider fell ill & retired. That was around fifteen years ago & I'm happy to say I'm still hosting my own website with QA, in addition to being confident in recommending QA to all my clients. I've now been a freelance web, graphic & print designer for two decades & in such a fast moving industry, QA have kept up with global shifts. As a freelancer I *need* to know any company I recommend will deliver to the same standards as I do & QA Webhosting have been faultless. They have explained (often late at night) things I didn't understand & have provided astronomical support, far exceeding what their cost effective services suggest. Adore this company.
