Up and down, up and down. For months. I wish my site would work more often and I wish the server status page would work as well, that would be helpful. They are fast to reply to support tickets, and problems are generally quickly fixed but it all happens again within a month. Tedious and annoying and I'm now here, fed up with it all, writing about my experience and looking for a new host. This is not the kind of service we offer, as per all of our other reviews you can see that we aim to be fast and efficient at solving issues with your web hosting should they become apparent.
Next time please open a support ticket rather than emailing us, this would make sure that your ticket is a priority rather than the usual spam we receive by email daily. Or, even better still, give either me (lee) or Paul and discuss your issues so that we can resolve things faster.

Since moving to PBP our website and forum have been extremely quick, the latency is very low and we've had no crashing.
