“Above and beyond”

I don't usually write reviews but after my recent experiences I thought I should. I've never come across a company that goes that extra distance with the help they provide as much as these guys. I made a right mess of my Wordpress site recently after trying to do some updates and really didn't know how I was going to get it back online. But thanks to the support team they talked me through it step by step and didn't seem to mind my constant mithering. Many thanks guys.
