The domain was constantly down, they auto renewed when I did not want to.

Also for a serious web page, the services they offer are fairly poor things like cron jobs are not available and sql database service was very limited. I would avoid ever getting a domain through them again because it limits the type of content you can use on your site.

Hi,

I am sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience with the customer service and are dissatisfied with our product.

We offer only one database per webspace and we indeed do not support cron jobs, because our server do not fulfil the technical requirements. If this is something you need for your website, I am afraid that we are unfortunately not the right host for you.

Please also note that our product is based on a subscription and therefore gets auto-renewed when you do not cancel it in time. This is written in our terms on which you agreed to during the ordering process. You are of course free to cancel the subscription and avoid auto-renewal, if you cancel within the cancellation period.

However I would like to offer you to send me an e-mail with your domain and the details. Then I can look into the matter and see how I can help you with it.
