We have had numerous issues being quite amateur in our site development and integration with Magento etc, but as we have gone through processes of purchasing and installing SSL certificates, or had issues with Plesk for example, NuBlue's support team has been quick to respond and help, even over Chirstmas!
We barely had time to do all of our work so worked over the Christmas break but they helped us out and even upgraded our server as needed for new software loadouts without a quibble.
They have a lot of support for Magento and, as I have a few more queries coming up, I sit assured knowing they will be able to help me.
We have had a few teething problems but rather than dismiss it and fob us off, they have been helpful in resolving them.
Some products could be cheaper (add-ons etc) but the fact they'd support and install them is why you pay a little more I guess!
