I'm not even a customer, but working on behalf of a NuBlue customer. Some of the questions I've thrown at them are not straightforward things as they cover intergating desktop applications with their server technology, but each and every time they have come straight back with a clear, concise answer explaining exactly how to achieve my goal.

The server technology and control panel seem second to none, handling a huge Magento site with consumate ease. They even did a backup on my behalf as it was a biggie, within minutes!

I'm actually astounded by how good the support team is. Big thanks to [names removed] for a job well done. Will definitely recommend for Magento hosting at LEAST.
