I have only just signed up to their service, having read a lot about a lot of hosting companies. I read Forums etc to ensure I was making a good decision. I eventually choose NuBlue and I have been impressed so far.
The only reason they don't get 5 stars is that I have only been with them a few days, so I have not seen much of the service.
Why the review then, you might ask? Because already their customer support has been excellent. Quickly, professional and politely responding to my enquiries on day one.
This I think is a good sign, and not the sort of service I would expect from the larger companies like 123reg, fasthost etc...
It seems like a good bet to me.
