I am a graphic and web designer. I direct an in house design team for a solar power company and also undertake freelance work. I purchased web hosting with NuBlue after having problems with other hosts, finding their servers either too slow or customer support to be unreliable.
Since purchasing the hosting I have had a couple of problems (neither of which were the fault of NuBlue) and they have been sorted out very quickly, even on weekends (which is when I undertake most freelance work). I have been incredibly impressed and will be using NuBlue to host all future projects - they may not be the cheapest but their customer service is definitely worth any extra!
