I'm sure they're great, but being on the other side of the world, it hasn't worked out for us. As soon as I have the chance, I'll be moving my site to a US based host where they can work on my tickets in the normal business hours.

Nimbus have always been excellent to work with. Hosting a moderate-sized forum, I've sometimes made unusual requests of them. Nimbus staff have always immediately understood what I was asking for and done their best to implement my requests. At no point have I ever felt like I was talking to somebody incapable of servicing my request, or as if I was merely going through the motions of repeating myself to yet another person only to be transferred to somebody else at the end. Instead, when I call, their staff listen carefully and then either transfer me to the correct person first time, or deal with what I need on the spot. Great job, guys!

I found the guys at Nimbus extremely helpful, not only in the beginning and during the transfer of my site but on an ongoing basis. Very friendly and supportive team. Highly recommended.

The servers we have with Nimbus are performing very fast. Umbraco is a very speedy CMS and on this hosting environment the page-loads are faster than my localhost!

Whenever I call them I always get a very fast, friendly, and helpful response. My team often contact them via email too and the responses they receive are also very swift. We never get fobbed off with copy-and-pasted responses (unlike other hosting companies) and I get the impression they genuinely care about their clients.

No complaints so far. Nimbus is the best hosting company I've worked with, and I have used probably around 10-20 other hosting companies in the past.

From my very first email through to deploying our first site, Nimbus hosting have been absolutely brilliant. Responsive, knowledgeable, helpful and delivering what they have promised.

We moved over to Nimbus to support our Magento site around 18 months ago and haven't looked back since, the hosting has been great and the customer service top notch.

We've found any issues have been quickly dealt with quickly and efficiently and they have gone out of there way to help in times when it's been needed such as when we've needed a backup of our site uploaded. It's normal for our emails to be answered in minutes and the issue fixed a few minutes after that.

We would highly recommended them as your hosting provider and look forward to continuing using them.
