When I first joined Nativespace, their customer service and server uptime were very good. However, over the past year or so I've experienced frequent downtime for all my sites.
When I contact Nativespace customer care or support now, I am only given generic answers until such time as the 'Level 1" team feel put upon enough to forward tickets on to level 2. And given that there is no evening or weekend service, this usually amounts to a couple of days before any worthwhile support is received.
Its a shame. But for whatever reason this once great service provider is now just not making the grade!
