Renewal notices were still being emailed to my daughter, who originally set up the website, and previous attempts to change the email address had not worked. I phoned to sort out the problem, which now seems to be sorted. I also wanted to pay the annual renewal fee, and was offered a multi-annual option. This made good sense, because the annual fee is small, so I opted for a 10-year renewal.
I liked that my inquiry was handled with courtesy and efficiency. I would have appreciated if the 10-year renewal fee was less than ten times the annual fee.
