The server at Names.co.uk had a problem and was rejection all Hotmail and associated emails through them. When I was sending emails to a customer on @mail.com (Hotmail) they didn't get it and I lost £450 worth of business. When I phoned technical help today I was told that they have a problem like this every 3/6 months and it lasts 48/72h!!!!!! I have already upgraded from SSL to STMP and now say for reliability I need to spend £50 and get a dedicated server which the business can't afford. I am in the tourist industry and most of my enquiries are received from personal email accounts and will keep getting this problem periodically. Will be looking for a new service provider as I have lost confidence in them!!
