names.co.uk have always been very quick to help with my technical questions, this latest question about setting up a catch all e-mail was answered within a few hours and they did everything I needed for me, no instructions for me to follow, it was all done for me. Much better than my recent experience with SKY broad band support/e-mail assistance, they were almost useless.
