Couldn't connect to the server with my Filezilla. Tried the help pages at Namesco which were very good as always but couldn't fix this so I sent a tech service email and got a detailed, helpful reply within 24 hours. Steps to take were simple to follow and the problem was solved, not just for this time but so that I would know what to do in the future.
