I had a problem with accessing a new domain (caused by a bad hangover on my part as it happens), so I contacted Customer Services via their online enquiry system.
I received a reply withing about 20 minutes which solved the problem and explained the next steps required.
Having struggled recently with customer support for my broadband and phone providers I can only say it was a pleasure to have someone (James) take responsibility for the problem and deal with it in such a timely manner.
