Dreadful.....................................

We have been with namesco for hosting of our 4 business websites and our emails etc for approx 4 years. There are constant problems with the email service and especially the webmail, which we use extensively when travelling on business. We have lost email folders from the system and they have not been able to reserect them as they have "disappeared somewhere" !!!FFS !!and they dont know where...

The web hosting platform is very unstable with constant downtime problems with at least one of our sites every week.

Now the fact that we have constant tech problems is a pain but the real issue is that we cannot speak to anybody, phone is permanently engaged, we tried 44 times this morning without getting through, not even to a queue, just engaged tone. So therefore the only option we have is to raise a ticket.... they answer this in about 2 or 3 days................. totally useless when we have a problem...

If you are looking for an ISP that provides trouble free hosting, with minimal downtime, a stable email platform and an efficient and useful tech dept who want to help, then i strongly suggest that you avaoid Namesco at all costs. We are moving all of our business..

The only reason I have had time to write this review is because our email and websites are not and have not been working for over 5 hours and still cannot get through...74 attempts and counting.........
