Generally, when I do receive good customer service we don't tend to do much about it but when we receive bad or poor customer service we ensure everyone knows. It's time to give extremely positive feedback for a change. Due to changes internally in NameHOG a review of all accounts has taken place. This resulted in a query against one of the websites they host for me. The information they had showed outstanding invoices but rather than block the website they just suspended the ability to update pages. I raised a ticket through their Support portal expressing my 'concerns'. They immediately removed the suspension whilst investigations into the invoices took place and very quickly resolved the issue confirming all was OK. Customer service was one of the best I have experienced. NameHOG.net are thoroughly recommended.
