For long time I use your VPS service. Always I receive surprises. THEY DO NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY Tech support is very polite and courteous. Pero esto no da soluciones oportunas. The assigned resources are horrible. Only for students. NOT IS A SERIOUS COMPANY

We have had two different problems with our VPS in the past year. Once the website was down and the second time we could not send email. Tech support is very polite and courteous but I expect tickets to be resolved in a timely manner and that wasn't the case either time. On multiple occasions I would receive replies from their tech support that left me feeling that either the person wasn't qualified for their job or didn't read my message. Something that should have taken less than 2 hours to fix was dragged out over 4 days. The couple of dollars you might save going with myhosting.com is quickly lost when you have to invest days of your time working with less than competent support reps.

myhosting.com is excellent! Especially the guidance of their kind live chat operators. And 7x24 support with telephone or live chat or ticket is also unbelievably fast, accurate and kind! And again unbelievably it is free! I couldn't believed it at the live chat that it will be effective this much and I wasn't expecting a good team with technical knowledge as this much with free service! I made a call to toll free phone, expressed my question and when I reached home, it was SOLVED! I am really glad and the most important is very much PEACEFUL that I transferred to myhosting.com! I hope this kind and express good support never ends some day. I recommend every one myhosting.com!

I know more often than not myhosting.com likely hear user complaints and while I have had a few issues in the past, I have to say I have NEVER been more satisfied with the service the past year. I just wanted to congratulate all of myhosting.com team for a job well done in maintaining the overall service and user experience.

I still prefer to use MS Frontpage to publish my sites. Setting up a new domain, customer service helped me get CLASSIC working. They were very helpful.

I now have a new test for how to judge VPS servers, put minecraft on it, make a large railroad with redstone tracks in creative mode, and run around on the track, eventually you will hit a major slouch in performance.. That is what is called the "too much CPU for you" Nazi.. And Myhosting.com has one on their VPS accounts.. I was thinking about switching from godaddy VPS as it seemed I could get a better deal at myhosting.com, for half price, but this made me change my mind. BTW, they charge ten dollars extra for a good control panel, their basic control panel is like Christian Bale in the Machinist, if it were any thinner it would almost cease to exist. However their VPS was designed perfectly for anyone needing to move from a host like godaddy, it took me almost no time to get all my services setup on their servers.. I just wish they would find some other way to make money than to lower the quality of their servers as a tradeoff for cost.

their web based email has a very very bad UI, not easy to use. i called in to get help with my email hosting options and how to set it up and the rep was super knowledgeable and i even learned a few technical things from him - and i'm a VERY technical person!

After having 25% down time (I have email correspondences for 5+ instances) for the first month of service with your company I cancelled and requested a partial refund for the 11 months of the year service I paid for. I was passed between reps and told there was nothing that could be done. Even after your reps admitted to the down time being on your side (clearly this happens a lot from your post below), I was hung up on. This is simply bad business and a honest company that cares about its customers would never have treated me this way.

i spoke with them on the phone, they offer competitive prices and 24/7 phone support that is expensive. there must be something wrong. cmon 100% positive reviews, posted few days from each other. NOT EVEN 1 PROBLEM????? cannot be real, it might sound as a paradox but the lack of even 1 at least neutral review makes me worry. in any case i will give them a try
