I have had to ask for help several times with LCN with my domains that I have needed to activate with new web sites and blogs. They have either used a very useful auto feature which directs you to the appropriate answer or as in my latest request - given me written details of the procedure. This information was requested late at night and I was sent a reply at 7.55am the next morning - that can't be bad !!!!
