Having mistakenly purchased the wrong domain, I immediately highlighted to the error to LCN. Night-respondent was amazing, and immediately responded with some basic procedural requests. Early the next morning I replied, and he was STILL there — confirming immediate receipt and subsequently reversal of my error. Super-efficient doesn't describe it!
