It was a pleasure to speak to a gentleman who understood his subject, could communicate with understanding and clarity and represent LCN in a professional manner.
Let me also say that my 2 previous calls where equally impressive.
It is a true credit to LCN that they provide truly superior support that excels the competition. From tortuous experiences talking to other registrar company's call centres, I can assure you there is only One company we recommend to all our clients and that is always LCN.
People are usually quick to complain and slow to praise. Credit should be given where due and I would be most grateful if you pass on my comments to your support staff.
I cannot fault LCN support to date. I can rant on about fuzzy phone calls to other companies ( we have to deal with many registrars) People reading off tele-prompts screens and foreigners speaking poor English. Those are true heart-sink moments. This is NOT the LCN experience and will keep us coming back for domain and email hosting again and again!
