LCN start by making contact easy - it is possible to pick up a telephone and talk to real people who are always happy to help their less technically able customers. Having been caught between Microsoft and my ISP each saying that my problem must be down to the other party I called LCN (who provide me with Domain Names, Hosting etc.) out of desperation and within minutes my problem was resolved.
I have always found them willing to "Go The Extra Mile" when it comes to customer service.
