I had a number of issues with my email settings on my Mac, iphone and iPad, which I couldn't resolve on my own. I called LCN and was connected with a gentleman. We tried a number of different things, which he patiently talked me through; unfortunately, we were not able to resolve the problem. He suggested that he do a bit more research within the team and agreed that he would email me once he had an answer. This was done promptly and my query was given a case number in order to track the problem. We again tried a number of things, with no success. He suggested I contact my mobile service provider, which I did, but again, this didn't resolve the issue. I called back LCN a number of times, asking for him directly. (During that time, he and the team managed to resolve the problem from their end, so we knew that it would ultimately work.) We spoke again and eventually, after trying a couple of other things, we managed to resolve the issue. There was one further hiccup, which was solved via email - I am now completely sorted. Thank you for taking the time and having the patience to persevere for me.
