Being a novice to this sort of thing and self taught in terms of setting up my own website for my business, I have found the support and the patience of Telivo/LCN invaluable.

The staff are always friendly and patient, nothing is too much trouble - and with me - you need 'hammer and nails!!'.

I am an original Telivo customer and after using up all my space on my website last year, I had to upgrade to an LCN package. I was talked through the process and managed the changeover without too many problems. And couldn't believe that it worked out even cheaper than my Telivo package even though I had much more space. Now you don't find that happening these days do you??

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone, especially if you are new to creating your own website.
