The web hosting and support are good but badlly let down by the email service that is provided.

E-mail message content configuration – only allows basic fonts.

Out of the Office – automatic replies or forwarding for our e-mails not available.

Signatures cannot be properly configured with the banners and fonts.

Cannot import e-mails and folders from Outlook etc so you need to keep our old folders and use two different e-mail boxes.

Pasting Photos, screenshots or special offers images always difficult.

Support are unable to rectify any of the above.
