I had some problems with not receiving some emails or some emails that I sent not being received. At first LCN denied that it was them and tried to blame others. Eventually I was able to demonstrate that it was LCN that was not forwarding the emails and they admitted that it was them.
It transpires that they filter all emails in and out. If any emails score too highly on their filters they simply drop them. No notification is sent to either the sender or recipient and the messages cannot be retrieved (they are not held in any sort of spam folder).
This would be bad enough if there were reasonable grounds to suspect that an email was spam, but their filters stop some messages that are perfectly legitimate and innocuous.
