The telephone support line from LCN is second to none AND UK BASED! The waiting message tells you where you are in the queue and the person that answers is polite, cheerful and knowledgable. The service is so good that I don't actually look at renewal costs in comparison to outer hosting companies because I would rather have access to support than to save £30 a year!
