“Terrible web hosting and customer service”

Shocking over 4 days now been having problems with the server crashing. Waited over 24 hours for the RAID to finish rebuilding which they told me was the problem when that has not solved it at all! LCN are one of the worst hosting companies I have ever used.

Sent support tickets, social media messages and it takes them ages to reply on a massively critical issue.

I'm confused, did the RAID array fail to prompt a rebuild?

Otherwise if it was setup properly the surely there wouldn't be any need to rebuild, it normally does that automatically depending on the configuration.
