I couldn't speak any higher of Krystal! I've used a number of different UK and non-UK provides, and yes I'll be the first to admit they are not the cheapest, but they are the fastest and I've never once seen any down time from them. I use different packages from the smallest (basic html5 site with less than six pages) to a larger package for a custom magento store with over 1000 products and the speed is still amazing.
