I mistakenly cancelled hosting that i had set up for a year at the clients request. Two to three days later, i realised the hosting was actually still needed and feared the worst! I emailed in a support ticket and no longer than 30 minutes later, the support desk reinstated the website and hosting with email back to the server in no time, with great email communication keeping me in the loop alomg the way.
