Pretty much everything I'm going to say can be summed up in the title: Krystal have consistently delivered exactly the service I was after when I signed up with them, and show no signs of stopping. Whilst they're not the cheapest, the value of what you get for your money is fantastic and they're always willing to help out - the available support is top quality and fast. I've only had a few queries and problems, but each of them were answered and solved quickly. The fact I've not had many problems is of course another sign of the quality of the service; all the hosting/domain tools provided are easy to use and cover everything I need and more. I honestly can't think of any particular negatives to say, consider this a glowing recommendation.
