My transition to this new host was made ultra easy by the level of support I was able to get speaking to a real human! Krystal does what it says on the tin... they don't make wild claims or promises, just say how it is in plain honest language.

A UK based company too so no chance of falling foul of some obscure US law and ending up being extradited....!

My transfer took just 24 hours with no down time, a process I was assured would be 4-5 days by some other companies, and all the jargon was explained to me clearly.. which was very helpful, I am after all no Bill Gates when it comes to computers.
