I have been with Krystal since they began in 2003, that in itself speaks volumes, can you name any company you have been with for 10 years?
Any time that I have nneded help or advice they have been at the end of the phone to help in a friendly way never assuming I know as much as them, they quickly recognise how good you are (or aren't) with computers.
I have honestly had nothing to complain about with the service I have received.
I can adapt my account to suit my needs, and, over the last ten years this has been up and down
I would highly recommend Krystal to anyone
The personal service is probably the best thing about Krystal, you don't feel like it is a faceless company, you know they care about every client they have.
