Krystal have been hosting my business website and also handling my webmail for nearly 10 years. In that time they have never failed to respond promptly on the rare occasion that I have a problem, even helping out when its not clear where the problem lies (ie might be nothing to do with them).
Its not a faceless organisation like so many, its pretty much the same bunch of guys who you get to know on a first name basis. (And there movember efforts were stupendous!
