Due to some changes in personnel in my company, I did not have access to Krystal to enable me to make changes. A bit of a nightmare.

After contacting the service team they responded clearly, quickly and patiently :-)

Well done for sorting it all out quickly - service was great and will definately recommend the team. Well done and thanks to Tom and Steve
