The pre-sale experience was very smooth - they answered all my questions. Speedwise, they are decent with responding most of the time in a speedy enough time, they were always polite and to me that goes a long way. there was sometime downtime here and there for a few minutes but overall nothing to complain about too much. It was fast and my users didn't have any complaints about the site on their servers and to me that is fine. If there was downtime, it was addressed quickly or explained the cause.

KVCwebhosting is horrible. AVOID them. They advertise with software that does not work when you try to install it. (Zenphoto, Gallery etc). Once they see you've discovered their crime, they lock you out and refuse to refund your paid fees. They apologise one moment only to repeat the same trick a few days later. They are fit only for the anti-fraud squad to arrest.
